Hello cupcake!
I really wanted to make a fairly simple birthday card, but had some "pop" to it. I don't know about you, but I love bright colors on a birthday card! My sale-a-bration choice is the Hello Cupcake stamp set and coordinating Call Me Cupcake dies (which will be available on March 1!). I used cardstock in Melon Mambo, Coastal Cabana and Whisper White and coordinating inks as well as So Saffron for the stamped images.
I added a background using the "Dot to Dot" embossing folder. I covered the side of the embossing folder with Melon Mambo, Coastal Cabana and Pineapple Punch inks. The result? A colorful polkadot background perfect for any birthday card.
I used the candles from the coordinating dies on the striped "How Sweet It Is" DSP to get multicolored candles. The banner triple punch cuts a perfect triple every time. The glitter enamel dots add a nice final touch.
